Compared with incandescent lamps of the same luminosity, T8 and T9 fluorescent tubes have higher luminous efficiency. Incandescent lamps generally can only convert about 2% of the input energy into visible light. T8 and T9 fluorescent tubes of the same brightness generally only consume the former. About 1/3 to 1/4 of the electric energy, the service life is also longer than traditional light bulbs. Fluorescent tubes can provide a variety of color temperature options. Compared with incandescent lamps and halogen lamps, the color temperature is mostly between 2700~3300k. Fluorescent lamps can also reach 6500k, 5500k, 5000k, 4000k and other color temperatures. Compared with incandescent lamps, the purchase cost of fluorescent tubes is higher, but it can save more energy and electricity bills. The longer service life also reduces the replacement cost, which can save the labor cost of replacing bulbs.
