A new study conducted by the University of Arizona Health Sciences found that migraine patients can reduce the frequency and intensity of headaches through green light treatment, thereby improving the quality of life. Researchers regard green light as a kind of medicine, and have studied the correct intensity, frequency, irradiation time and irradiation method, which are all important factors for patients. Compared with other medical treatment methods, LED light is easy to obtain and price inexpensive, therefore, researchers believe that phototherapy is a good method for everyone.
